Jerry has helped thousands of patients over 15 years as a clinician and spent 6+ years as the face of Contour Research, training clinics nationwide on how to build and run body contouring programs. Serenity built Genesis Red Light from one Contour Light in a 700 sq ft office to three systems running in a 2,500 sq ft clinic in Texas. Working across different markets and clinic types, they kept seeing the same gap everywhere.
Clinics buy equipment, get a 2-hour Zoom onboarding, and are left to figure out the rest. The technology works. The problem is that no one installs the program around it — the pricing, the scripts, the staff confidence, the follow-up systems, the dietary protocols. That's the gap.
